Your role will involve:
Public relations: Manage the media interactions and queries for FCIPL and FRIPL
Social media: Manage the social media activities for FCIPL and FRIPL
Government Relations: Initiate/ participate in meetings with government officials
Industry associations: Initiate/ participate in meetings with industry associations like nasscom, CII, FICCI, SHRM, etc.
Industry-academia collaborations: Manage industry-academia association with leading educations institutes in India
Analyst relations: Manage analyst relations for Fujitsu
Investor relations: Manage the investor relations activities for FCIPL
Webmaster: Manage the web compliance for FCIPL and FRIPL
Your transferable skills and experience:

• Building Relationships and Influencing: You are experienced in building trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation, as well as senior stakeholder management.
• Strategically Minded You have strong organisational skills with the ability to utilise the wider HR function for transactional HR support and CoEs, giving you space to focus on the bigger picture and strategic outcomes.
• Tenacity: You are passionate about making the Fujitsu agenda for Public Relations and Comms strong, and maintain focus during challenges, setbacks and organizational change.
• Dynamic and Agile: You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, challenge the status quo and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Commercial Acumen: You have both a commercial and strategic mind-set when approaching branding and communication requests and challenges, and offering solutions to the business.
• Relevant Background: You have relevant and recent PR experience as well as know-how of social media channels, as well as websites and SEO knowledge to maximise curation of relevant communication channels and its impact.
