Job Description

The Manager of CSR Business Development will lead the planning, implementation (operation)- Generating New Client trail : Generate new clients in SDG/CSR segment for the Organization, keeping the expertise an strength of the Organization.- Nurturing Partnership: Identify and establish partnerships key focus areas and deliver excellence on time and every time to ensure Customer delight and Loyalty.- Partner Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for New Partners, ensuring strong, sustainable relationships that support the company's CSR goals.- Internal Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Compliance & Finance) to align CSR projects with organizational goals and project success- Event Management: Plan and manage CSR-related events to showcase organization capabilities and achievements and generate new Business Leads and Business opportunity Qualifications:- Education: Master Degree in MKTG. & Sales, Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field; CSR certification will be preferred.- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in CSR Business Development, sustainability, or nonprofit project management, with a proven track record of successful CSR business generationSkills:- Strong project Sales & CSR Marketing skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.- New Planning and financial acumen.- Familiarity with CSR regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., GRI, UN SDGs).- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM or project management software.- Excellent presentation skills Competencies:- Leadership: Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and inspire teams and volunteers.- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving CSR priorities.- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate CSR program impact and report on outcomes effectively.- Community-Minded: Passionate about social impact and community engagement, with a deep commitment to social responsibility values.
