Job Title- Commodity Lead Sub Contracting
- Reviewing bids submitted by subcontractors and selecting bidders based on qualifications and price points
- Reviewing the work completed by subcontractors to ensure that it meets design specifications as specified in the contract
- Should comply to Global EHS Requirement standards at Project sites
- Monitoring progress on projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget constraints
- Reviewing proposals from subcontractors regarding scope, price, and time frame for completing projects
- Estimating costs of labor, materials, and other resources needed for the project
- Negotiating with subcontractors to ensure that they meet deadlines and provide high quality workmanship
- Identifying risks associated with the project, such as Project delay due to external factors and other conditions that could affect progress
- Managing the relationships with subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget constraints
Prior experience in Infrastructure Projects and Sourcing Multiple sub contactors with Vast on site experience
Qualification :BE OR Master Degree with minimum 15 Years' Experience
Location :Bangalore
