Provide timely and accurate advisory to clients on Commodities and Currency products, based on market trends and in-house research. Execute client trades with utmost diligence and only after obtaining proper consent, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms. Drive brokerage revenue through active engagement, advisory, and client servicing strategies. Disseminate research calls and trading ideas to clients, encouraging informed decision-making and increased trading activity. Proactively activate and onboard clients for Commodities trading, including assisting with documentation and platform familiarization. * Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, prompt resolution of queries, and delivery of personalized service.
