A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Commissioning Engineer at Siemens Gamesa Wind Power, you will coordinate tasks, ensuring HSE compliance, quality, and cost. You'll lead on-site, troubleshoot, and ensure safety through toolbox talks. You'll detail test results and register them.


How You'll Make an Impact

Perform and supervise turbines commissioning, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Lead small to medium-sized teams, encouraging collaboration and excellence.

Strategize and synchronize commissioning assignments to adhere to demanding HSE, quality, time, and cost benchmarks.

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, or system malfunctions, providing quick and effective solutions.

Attend internal and customer meetings, offering progress updates and discussing technical issues.

Implement improvement projects to meet targets such as LT, 30-day Availability, Commissioning Standards, and Non-Standard Hours.



What You BringA Bachelor's degree in Engineering (with 3-5 years of experience) or a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (with 5-8 years of experience). Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams in a high-stakes environment. Outstanding problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality. Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Excellent communication skills for liaising with teams and clients. A proactive and ambitious attitude towards meeting and exceeding targets.

You'll be a member of our PM CNS Comm unit, a team with a mission to ensure the flawless implementation of our wind turbine projects. Our team embodies collaboration, motivation, and dedication to pushing boundaries. We collaborate to achieve ambitious objectives, ensuring that each project is carried out to the highest standards.
