As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of
fire detection and suppression systems
Preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems
Troubleshooting system faults and ensuring timely resolution
Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, reports, and service logs
Conducting on-site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinating with project teams, contractors, and clients for seamless execution of projects
Providing technical support and training to end-users or client teams
Building strong client relationships through
effective communication and professional behavior
Representing the company positively at project sites and ensuring customer satisfaction
Work Requirements
Willingness to work across
PAN-India project locations
(not limited to West Bengal)
Flexibility for
continuous outstation stays of 3-4 months
at project or maintenance sites
Dedication, discipline, and ability to work under challenging site conditions
Strong
communication skills
to confidently interact with customers and build long-term professional rapport
Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach
Allowances & Benefits
Discomfort Allowance
: ₹2,000 for every continuous 30-day outstation stay
Food Allowance
: ₹300/day (as per actual days served on-site)
