Job Details Position Title: Commissioning Engineer Location: Delhi WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking technically sounded, testing and commissioning engineer to join our growing company. In this position, person will be exposed to active participation in product engineering, technical and safety aspects of assigned project to assure the highest level of accuracy, quality and timely deliverables. Person taking lead in testing of installed devices / systems with schedule, coordinate and handover the project / systems to end user by complying applicable codes, practices, QA/QC and EHS policies Person will be part of technical team onsite ensuring project completion as per plans, hence team player skill is essential. Large infrastructure project experience is appreciated. Skillset to work in operational condition will add more value. What You will do: Producing or assisting in the production of all test and commissioning documentation. Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary plant performance in accordance with project program requirements Identifying problems and shortcomings with existing systems Support to project and design team in terms of installation and plan wherever possible. How You will do it: Preparation of test cases, check lists and pre-requisites for installed devices / products / systems at site. Leading the commissioning activities at site. Define the T&C schedules, verifying the technical feasibilities and raising necessary concerns to avoid any risk at the project completion. Active involvement in testing and commissioning activities at site level. Testing of various test cases in practical environment as per the requirement and specifications. Preparation of logic diagram, testing matrix, IO schedules and effect matrix for testing the system. End to end testing of installed systems and products as per the schedule. Conducting demonstration and training of installed systems to end user / operation team and sign off for the same. Handover of system with proper documentation like UAT, Logic Tests etc. Physical and technical checks of the installed devices / systems to make sure there is no risk. In case of any risk, prepare the mitigation plan and execute. Troubleshooting and problem solving at site for installed products / systems. Coordination with vendors / technical teams for any deviation. Sharing the technical knowledge / findings / experience with internal team to support on future installation and design. WORKING CONDITIONS: Primary area of work will be from site office. Attending office on need basis. Willing to travel outstation on need basis. PREFERED PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE: 5-7 Years of relevant experience in onsite project execution in security systems domain Good understanding of project work flow and excellent record for same. EXPECTED TECHNICAL KNOWLADGE: Good computer skills in MS office like Excel, Power Point, and Word etc. Should be familiar with MS projects / primavera etc planning tools. Certification, networking knowledge / experience on IBMS product is preferable. (Genetec, Milestone, Lenel, C-Cure, Simplex, Edwards, Metasys etc Good command over verbal and written communication. MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: BE / B. Tech \' Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation.
