Role Summary:
The Commission-Based Sales Executive will be instrumental in expanding NIRMAAN CORP.'s client base. This role involves proactive sales efforts to identify, engage, and secure partnerships with businesses and individuals in need of short-term housing. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional seeking uncapped earning potential within a structured incentive framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Targeted Outreach:
Proactively identify and engage potential clients, including HR departments, corporate relocation managers, healthcare recruiters, travel agencies, restaurant owners, and individual nomads.
Lead Management:
Utilize provided cold calling data for outreach and actively generate new leads through various channels.
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Sales Cycle Ownership:
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact, needs assessment, proposal presentation, contract negotiation, to successful closing.
Consultative Selling:
Understand specific client housing requirements and effectively present tailored NIRMAAN CORP. solutions.
Market Insight:
Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.
Reporting & Excel:
Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications within our internal system.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within real estate, hospitality, corporate housing, or a related service industry.
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
Exceptional communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working effectively in an independent, remote setting.
Proficient in Excel software and standard sales productivity tools.
Possess a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based role with a competitive, structured incentive plan designed for substantial earning potential based on performance. Full details of the commission structure will be provided during the interview process.
