2?) ROLE OVERVIEW - COMMISSION SALES AGENT (CSA)

We are appointing

Commission Sales Agents (CSA)

to onboard

Exporters & Importers

onto the ORION platform and facilitate trade opportunities.

This is a

pure commission-based engagement

with

uncapped earning potential

, suitable for individuals or firms with trade, sales, sourcing, or business development experience.

Agents may operate as:

Single-Tier CSA

(Direct sales only), or

Multi-Tier CSA

(Build & manage their own agent network)

3?) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Business Development & Sales

Identify and onboard:

- Exporters
- Importers

Introduce clients to:

- ORION trade platform
- Live trade opportunities
- Tender & deal facilitation services

Generate leads and close deals

Act as a bridge between clients and Nile Spectra ORION team

B. Client Coordination

Initial client communication and requirement understanding
Support onboarding, documentation, and deal initiation
Coordinate with internal operations team
Maintain professional and ethical conduct

C. Multi-Tier (If Applicable)

Recruit and onboard sub-agents
Guide and support agent network
Ensure compliance of sub-agents
Act as primary channel partner

? Multi-Tier CSAs have authority to hire

any number of agents

under them.

4?) COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Trade Intelligence / Reports

Retainers / Advisory

2. Trade Transaction Commission

= 0.20% - 0.50% of invoice value

Mandatory before activation:

No cash collections
No pricing commitments without approval
No misrepresentation of company or platform

7?) BRAND & IDENTITY USAGE

Agents must use official Nile Spectra email IDs wherever required

Only approved pitch decks & materials permitted

Visiting cards / digital branding as approved

All public representation must follow brand guidelines

Preferred Background

9) ENGAGEMENT TERMS

Independent commission-based engagement

Unlimited earning potential

Formal Commission Sales Agent Agreement will be executed

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?36,151.52 per month
