Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Patient Referral & Lead Generation

Visit nearby colonies, gyms, beauty parlors, yoga centers, clinics, and shops to introduce our Ayurveda & Panchkarma services.

Refer patients to the clinic for consultation, therapy, or wellness packages.

Maintain a list of all referred patients with names and contact details.

Follow up with interested clients and update clinic management regularly.

2. Local Business Tie-ups

Approach local health-related businesses (pharmacies, spas, salons, yoga centers) for collaboration.

Distribute clinic brochures, visiting cards, and offer coupons.

Arrange wellness talks or free consultation camps in nearby societies or organizations.

3. Marketing & Awareness

Promote clinic offers and services through social media, WhatsApp, and local groups.

Collect feedback from referred clients and report to the clinic.

Maintain professionalism and represent the clinic in a positive manner.

4. Commission Structure

The position is commission-based only (no fixed salary).

Commission will be provided as per the clinic policy:

___% of therapy/package value, or

Commission will be released after the patient avails service and payment is received.

Flexible working hours.

Can be part-time or field-based.

No fixed attendance requirement.
