's first 100% Vegan, Gluten-Free & Refined Sugar-Free Patisserie

, dedicated to

crafting artisanal desserts

using natural, wholesome ingredients. We are looking for a

Commis Chef (Commis I / Commis II / Commis III)

to join our team and contribute to the creation of our

wide range of handcrafted products

--including cakes, brownies, cheesecakes, cookies, tarts, truffles, tea cakes, and more.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in preparing and crafting

a variety of vegan desserts

--cakes, brownies, cheesecakes, cookies, tarts, and other baked goods. Learn and follow

100% plant-based recipes

, working with

alternative ingredients like almond flour, nut butters, khandsari sugar, and cold-pressed oils

. Support chefs in

mixing, baking, assembling, and decorating

different dessert items. Ensure

consistency in taste, presentation, and texture

across all products. Maintain a

clean and hygienic kitchen environment

, following food safety standards. Assist in

inventory management, ingredient stocking, and preparation tasks

. Adapt to

new seasonal menu items, special orders, and customized desserts

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
