We are a German craft Bakery & Bistro from Stuttgart & St.Leon, based in Indiranagar, Bangalore. We have the mission to bring authentic German bread culture and delicious food to our beloved India.

Under training of the senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (74) (Germany based) and our incredible team from all over India & the world, we are looking for: enthusiastic, motivated and interested Commis 3- Pastry to join us on this journey. We are a big family and are super thrilled to grow and expand our start up with you.

Here is what you should bring to the table, or shall I rather say oven:

Decent experience in a professional kitchen & running it

Seeking the opportunity to be a part of our Pastry Department

Flexible in diverse working hours (morning and late evening shifts) Excited to work with a unique start up Honest & punctual Eager to learn and expand knowledge Receptive to be trained from the Senior Head Chef Anton from Germany & explore new German dishes (annually 2-4 times) (Decent) training and/or experience with PASTRIES and DESSERTS Hard working Maintenances of hygienic protocols of the baking studio & kitchen Able to take up responsibilities and swiftly handle them Not afraid to voice out challenges or ask for support Interested in helping out in tasks in the Kitchen space with an open mind of us being a small start-up! Being in for the long run with the intention to grow through us and with us, long term Swift in learning new recipes Someone seeking to be part of an international team and new learnings in your craft
