We are looking for a reliable and disciplined Pastry Chef to handle daily baking and dessert production while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and consistency.
Responsibilities
Prepare cakes, brownies, tea cakes, and cupcakes, etc. as per standard recipes and SOPs
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
Handle daily prep, baking, frosting, and decoration
Maintain cleanliness of workstation, equipment, and baking area during and after work
Wash, clean, and properly store all tools, trays, and utensils after use
Follow hygiene, food safety, and storage standards
Manage order- accepting, packaging and handing over to delivery person.
Requirements
1-3 years of pastry/baking experience
Ability to follow recipes exactly as provided
Willing to handle both baking and cleaning responsibilities
Punctual, organised, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in boutique bakery, cafe, or cloud kitchen
Ability to work independently in a small team
