Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of Ingredients:
Assist in the preparation and measurement of ingredients as per recipes.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, of high quality, and stored correctly.
Pastry Production:
Support the production of a variety of French pastries and desserts.
Follow detailed recipes and instructions.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all products meet the high standards of L'Opera French Bakery.
Assist in the decoration and presentation of finished products.
Hygiene and Cleanliness:
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in bakery and pastry department is required.
A passion for French pastries and baking.
Basic understanding of kitchen and bakery operations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
