Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per menu and standards.
Ensure proper plating, portioning, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Assist in inventory checks and minimizing food wastage.
Follow chef instructions and support kitchen workflow.
Qualifications & Skills:
Culinary diploma/certificate preferred.
Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine.
Team player, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
