We are looking for a

Commis III

to join our bakery and cafe kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have

basic kitchen experience

and a genuine passion for food preparation, baking, and teamwork. You'll assist the senior chefs in daily operations, maintain cleanliness, and help in preparing bakery and cafe items.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff in daily food preparation. Help with

baking, pastry prep, and dessert plating

as required. Maintain proper

cleanliness, hygiene, and organization

in the kitchen. Follow recipes and instructions accurately. Prepare basic ingredients, sauces, and garnishes. Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.

Requirements

6 months - 2 years of experience

in a bakery, cafe, or restaurant kitchen. Basic knowledge of baking and cooking techniques. Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures. Good hygiene habits and teamwork skills. Energetic and positive attitude towards work.
