Assists Commis I and senior chefs in preparing Indian dishes, maintaining quality and hygiene. Responsible for basic food prep, mise-en-place, and assisting during service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing ingredients and basic Indian dishes.
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and utensils.
Follow recipes and instructions from Commis I/Chef de Partie.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Indian kitchen.
Basic knowledge of Indian cooking and ingredients.
Eagerness to learn and grow.
Team player with a positive attitude.
