Job Description

Looking for a skilled and passionate First Commis (Commi I) to join our kitchen team at Restaurant. The candidate should have good knowledge of food preparation, assist the Chef and Kitchen Supervisor, and ensure consistent quality and timely service of dishes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist the Chef and Kitchen Supervisor in daily food preparation and cooking. Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and ensure taste, quality, and presentation standards are maintained. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely dispatch of dishes to captains / service staff. Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen at all times. Report daily consumption, wastage, and stock requirements to the supervisor. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) system for ingredients and stock usage. Assist in kitchen setup, closing, and equipment cleaning. Support the team during peak hours and special events.
Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years experience as Commis I / Line Cook in a reputed restaurant. Knowledge of multi-cuisine cooking (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, etc.) preferred. Must be fluent in Telugu (mandatory) basic English or Hindi preferred. Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills. Should maintain food hygiene, portion control, and quality consistency.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
