Job Description

Responsible

for

managing

kitchen operations,

ensuring

high-quality

food

preparation,

supervising

junior

Food Preparation and Cooking

: Prepares and cooks food to the highest standards, ensuring that all dishes are served on time and meet quality expectations.

Supervision

: supervise junior chefs or commis, coordinating daily tasks and ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly.

Inventory Management

: The CDP will be responsible for ordering and managing inventory, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and available.

Menu Development

: Contributing to the culinary creativity of the villa by creating new dishes and menus,
