We are hiring Commis I, II & III to join our culinary team at a premium standalone family bar & restaurant in Guwahati. Candidates should be passionate about food preparation, willing to learn, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation under the supervision of senior chefs
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
Follow kitchen procedures and assist in daily operations
Support in inventory and kitchen cleanliness
Requirements:
Prior experience in Commis role preferred (I, II, or III)
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to grow
