We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Commis I - Continental to join our culinary team in Mysuru, India. As an entry-level position in our continental cuisine kitchen, you will play a crucial role in supporting our chefs and contributing to the preparation of high-quality dishes.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for continental dishes
Follow recipes and cooking instructions precisely
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
