who can support the Continental section with daily preparation work and assist in cooking salads, grills, sauces, breakfast items, and other Western dishes.
Responsibilities:
Support senior chefs in prep & cooking
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the section
Handle cutting, chopping, marination, and mise-en-place
Ensure quality and consistency in all dishes
Assist during service hours
Requirements:
0.6-3 years experience
Knowledge of Continental basics preferred
Willingness to learn and grow
