About the Role

We are hiring

Commis I / Commis II

for our Hot Kitchen team with a focus on

Italian & European cuisine

. The candidate will assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure smooth operations during service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing ingredients, cutting, chopping, and basic cooking tasks. Support DCDP/CDP in preparing

Italian & European dishes

(sauces, pasta, grills, continental prep). Maintain cleanliness of workstations and follow kitchen hygiene standards. Ensure proper storage of food items and follow FIFO practices. Assist in mise-en-place and help during busy service hours. Follow recipe guidelines and maintain consistency in taste and presentation. Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely.

Skills & Requirements

1-3 years of experience

in a professional kitchen (Hotel/Restaurant). Basic understanding of Italian & European cuisine preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure. Strong hygiene awareness and willingness to learn. Team player with a positive attitude.

Salary Package

:

?18,000 - ?25,000 per month (CTC)
