Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and salads as per standards
Handle cutting, washing, and storage of fruits & vegetables
Maintain freshness, hygiene, and presentation quality
Follow portion control and standard recipes
Keep juice counter and salad section clean and organized
Assist during peak service hours
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years experience
in juice / salad / cold kitchen section
Basic knowledge of fruit handling and food safety
Neat, hygienic, and disciplined
Ability to work fast and efficiently
Team player with positive attitude
