Tandoor Chef
to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Indian and tandoor dishes (breads, kebabs, curries, etc.).
Ensure proper marination, grilling, and cooking techniques.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation as per brand standards.
Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Work collaboratively with the F&B and service teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience as a Tandoor Commis / DCDP / CDP in a hotel or resort.
Strong knowledge of tandoor operations and North Indian cuisine.
Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Positive attitude and professional grooming.
