Continental Chef
to join our culinary team and deliver high-quality, flavorful dishes that meet our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality Continental cuisine.
Ensure food consistency, portioning, and plating standards.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
Assist in menu planning, costing, and kitchen organization.
Supervise commis and kitchen staff during food preparation.
Work collaboratively with the F&B team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Continental Commis I / DCDP / CDP in a hotel or resort.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts.
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and modern presentation techniques.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
