Prepare North Indian gravies and dishes such as Dal Makhani, Rajma, Paneer curries, etc.* Oversee daily kitchen operations and team of

Plan menus, manage inventory, and ensure timely food preparation.
Maintain hygiene, portion control, and kitchen standards.
Coordinate with management for supply needs and new recipes.
Prior experience in
restaurants or cloud kitchens
is preferred.
Requirements
Experience:
4-5 years in a North Indian kitchen setup.
Strong knowledge of gravies, tandoor, and main-course preparations.
Ability to lead and train junior staff.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
