We are looking for an experienced CDP Pastry Chef to join our team at Blue Serene Resorts, Kerala. As a CDP Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious pastry and dessert menus for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pastry and dessert menus
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Manage pastry section inventory and supplies
- Train and lead pastry team members
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Commi - I or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in pastry and dessert preparation
- Creativity and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
