Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service at all times.
Monitor dining floor, kitchen pass, and guest experience.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism.
Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house staff.
Create staff schedules and manage attendance and performance.
Lead by example and foster a positive team environment.
Sales & Cost Control
Monitor and optimize food, beverage, and labor costs.
Ensure proper inventory control and supplier coordination.
Drive upselling and guest engagement to increase sales.
Customer Experience
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
Ensure guest satisfaction through attention to detail and personalized service.
Monitor feedback (in-person and online) and take action to improve.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Maintain records of sales, inventory, staffing, and daily reports.
Report regularly to upper management on performance and needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and cost control.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure.
Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
