Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food preparation, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, creativity in menu development, and strong leadership skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and develop menus in collaboration with management, considering seasonal availability and customer preferences. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within the required time frame. Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP). Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and control food costs. Monitor food quality and consistency and make improvements as needed. Stay updated with culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
