Commis Chefs (Level 2 & 3)
to join our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior chefs (CDP/DCDP) in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare ingredients, handle chopping, marination, and cooking under supervision.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
Support in inventory checks and mise-en-place preparation.
Follow kitchen protocols and work collaboratively with the team.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role .
Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
