Assist with food preparation under the supervision of senior chefs.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
Help with inventory control and stock rotation.
Ensure kitchen equipment is clean and properly stored.
Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie or other senior chefs.
Assist in setting up and breaking down kitchen stations.
Perform basic cooking tasks like grilling, frying, and boiling.
