Job Description

Reporting under the CDP of the baking kitchen, Commis chefs handle the jobs assigned by CDP and head chef. keeping the kitchen tidy, experience in food handling and adherence to hygiene standards is required. Commi - 1: 1 individual with experience in pastry/ Gelato/ Chocolate Commi - 1: 1 individual with experience in breads Commi - 2: 1 individual with experience in pastry/ Gelato/ Chocolate Commi - 2: 1 individual with experience in breads Commi - 3: 1 individual with experience in pastry/ Gelato/ Chocolate Commi - 3: 1 individual with experience in breads 4.On the Job trainees (OJT) - Interns Help with food prep, washing dishes, and keeping the kitchen tidy. Experience in food handling and adherence to hygiene standards is required. The OJT's will be under a probationary period of 5 months after which their performance would be evaluated. OJTs would be offered a permanent position till month 12 based on the evaluation, after which attains the level of Commi -3 Requirements: 2 OJTs for Culinary kitchen 2 OJTs for Bakinng kitchen

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
