Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients accurately.
Ensure food is stored and labeled properly.
Help with stock rotation and inventory.
Follow all kitchen procedures and recipes accurately.
Clean kitchen equipment and assist with dishwashing as needed.
Support other team members during busy periods.
Qualifications:
Basic culinary training or hospitality background preferred.
0-2 years of kitchen experience.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
