Responsibilities
Prepare and Cook continental dishes according to recipes.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Maintain inventory and stock levels.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Support in menu development and planning.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.
Qualifications
Diploma or certification in culinary arts.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in continental cuisine.
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
