Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental or South Indian dishes as per standard recipes
Ensure food is prepared with high quality, presentation, and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Follow proper food storage and labeling practices
Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
Basic knowledge or training in Continental or South Indian cuisine
Strong passion for cooking and eagerness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
