Job Description

Core responsibilities

Food preparation:

Wash, chop, and season vegetables, meats, and fish as directed. Measure and organize ingredients for recipes.

Assisting senior chefs:

Work under the guidance of chefs de partie to prepare and cook dish components, sometimes acting as a line cook when needed.

Kitchen and station maintenance:

Keep the kitchen and individual workstations clean, organized, and sanitized according to health and safety standards.

Inventory and stock management:

Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, stocking and rotating inventory to prevent waste, and monitoring stock levels.

Dish assembly:

Help with plating and presenting food items.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
