Job Title: Commis III - South Indian / Continental / Chinese

Experience Required: 1-2 years (in same cuisine preferred)
Job Summary:
Assist the Commis I & II and the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in the assigned section (South Indian / Continental / Chinese). Maintain hygiene standards and ensure food quality meets hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare mise-en-place for daily operations.
Cook and plate dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures (FSSAI standards).
Support senior chefs during busy service hours.
Handle equipment and ingredients with care.
Report shortages or maintenance issues to the CDP/Sous Chef.
Requirements:
Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
Good communication and discipline.
Flexible with shift timings.
Cuisine Specialization:
Commis III - South Indian Cuisine: Idli, Dosa, Vada, Sambar, Chutney, and Veg/Non-Veg gravies.
Commis III - Continental Cuisine: Pasta, Grill, Sauces, Salads, and Breakfast dishes.
Commis III - Chinese Cuisine: Fried Rice, Noodles, Manchurian, Gravies, and Starters.
Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ?20,000 (Depending on experience)
