JOB HIRING - POROTTA COMMIS CHEF



Position:

Commis Chef - Porotta Section

Location:

Imperial Kitchen, Venpalavattom

Job Responsibilities:



Prepare Kerala-style porotta and related items Assist senior chefs in dough preparation and cooking Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and quality Handle tawa and cooking equipment safely Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards Support during peak service hours

Requirements:



Minimum

1-2 years experience

in porotta preparation Good knowledge of dough making and cooking techniques Ability to work long hours and under pressure Disciplined, punctual, and team-oriented Knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Salary & Benefits:

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
