Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes (pasta, grills, salads, sauces, etc.)
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation specifications
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen
Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Support in receiving and storing kitchen inventory properly
Ensure food is prepared according to safety and quality standards
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as a Commis Chef in a continental kitchen
Basic knowledge of continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and presentation
Culinary diploma or hotel management background preferred
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
