Prepare and cook Indian dishes (both North and South Indian preferred) as per standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
Assist senior chefs in mise en place and daily kitchen operations.
Ensure timely and smooth preparation of food items during service hours.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in accordance with HACCP.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of all food items.
Follow all kitchen SOPs and safety protocols.
Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude within the team.
