Prepare and neatly garnish Pan Asian dishes including cold starters, salads, sushi accompaniments, desserts, and specialty plates as per menu standards.
Assist in preparing Asian appetizers, dim sum accompaniments, sauces, chutneys, and garnishes for daily service and special functions.
Support banquet and room service preparation of Pan Asian vegetables, desserts, and cold dishes.
Assist at live Pan Asian counters and special events, including noodle stations, wok stations, when required.
Ensure timely preparation and accurate execution of all Pan Asian food orders during service.
Assist senior chefs with mise-en-place, station setup, and line preparation according to forecasted covers.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage of Asian ingredients, sauces, marinades, and prepared items.
Handle kitchen equipment safely including woks, steamers, fryers, grills, and utensils used in Pan Asian cooking.
Work closely with team members and supervisors, demonstrating strong teamwork, discipline, and effective communication.
Contribute to excellent guest satisfaction by maintaining food quality, presentation standards, and providing genuine hospitality through consistent performance.
