Prepare and cook menu items quickly while maintaining taste and hygiene standards.
Special focus on:
Kolkata-style
Kathi Rolls
(Egg, Chicken, Paneer, Veg variations)
Indo-Chinese:
Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Chili Paneer/Chicken
Continental:
Sandwiches, Burgers, Fries, Momos (preferred but not mandatory)
Southern Dishes
: Dosas, Idlis, Medu Wada, Uthapam, etc
Beverages:
Fresh Juices, Milkshakes, Cold Coffee, Lassi, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and work area.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials, marination, mise-en-place, and daily prep.
Monitor ingredient usage and avoid wastage.
Work efficiently during rush hours.
Should be able to help in deciding, documenting the recipies of menu items.
Should be able to help deciding menu item prices, as and when needed.
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years experience
in a fast food kitchen / cafe / street-style kitchen.
Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of basic hygiene and food safety practices.
Fast-paced, efficient working style with attention to consistency.
Team-oriented, respectful, and punctual.
