Key Responsibilities



Assist in preparation of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked items as per recipes Support daily mise-en-place and production requirements Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (HACCP) Follow SOPs for storage, labeling, and temperature control Assist in plating and presentation of desserts Operate pastry equipment safely and responsibly

Skill & Experience



Commis 1: 1-2 years of pastry experience Commis 2: 6 months-1 year experience / fresher with training Basic knowledge of pastry ingredients and techniques

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and bake breads, loaves, and specialty bakery items Measure ingredients and follow standardized recipes Monitor baking temperatures and timings Maintain cleanliness of ovens and bakery equipment Ensure product freshness and quality standards Assist in inventory handling and stock rotation (FIFO)

Skill & Experience



Minimum 6 months-2 years of bakery experience Knowledge of bread fermentation and baking techniques preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,376.79 - ₹23,633.06 per month
