The Commi (Commis Chef) will assist in daily kitchen operations for the Panino brand. The role focuses on food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting senior kitchen staff to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service as per Panino and Pagariya Food Labs standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and cooking of food items as per Panino recipes
Follow SOPs, portion control, and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials
Support senior chefs during rush hours
Follow food safety and FSSAI guidelines
Handle kitchen equipment safely
Requirements & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations (QSR experience preferred)
Freshers can apply
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Good teamwork and willingness to learn
Physically fit for kitchen work
Education:
12th pass
Hotel Management / Culinary course (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
6 months -2 years in QSR / Restaurant / Cloud Kitchen

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
