As a Commi Chef, you will be responsible
-Prepare and cook dishes under your senior chefs
-Maintain upmost level of hygiene at the assigned workstation
-Prepare ingredients beforehand during misa-en-place
-Ensure to serve food in the quality standards set by the organisation, with proper standards of plating with correct portion sizes.
-Keeping a check on inventory and informing the senior chefs likewise.
-To maintain care of equipment and workstation.
-To assist with kitchen cleaning procedures, Audits, daily ordering and opening closing checklists
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
