Chef de Partie (CDP)
to join our kitchen brigade.
Roles & Responsibilities:
For Commis Chef:
Assist senior chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Ensure all mise-en-place is ready ahead of service
Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs
For CDP:
Independently handle a section (grill, saute, cold, etc.) during service
Oversee commis chefs and ensure food quality and consistency
Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Uphold hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
