1 Maintaining high standards of hygiene.
2 Preparing the ingredients for operations.
3 Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
4 Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.
5 Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality.
6 Maintaining FIFO in the kitchen.
7 Assisting chefs in optimization of wastages, variance control.
