We are looking for a dedicated Chef to join our team at Baimudan.
Interns/ Commis / sous chef
The role will primarily focus on supporting our chefs in day-to-day cooking activities and maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist head chefs in preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes.
Handle daily inventory management - keeping track of stock, ensuring items are well-organized and updated.
Place daily orders for raw materials, ingredients, and other kitchen requirements.
Ensure mise en place is well-prepared for smooth service throughout the day.
Support in handling bulk and regular orders efficiently.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely execution of all food orders.

Pay: ₹10,229.73 - ₹23,448.10 per month
