Assist with vegetable and herb preparation including cutting, chopping, and cleaning as per instructions from the senior chef.
Prepare and maintain cheese stations, including cutting Fior di Latte and mozzarella, and grating parmesan for daily use.
Support daily mise-en-place tasks by refilling make lines, garnishing trays, and prepping back-ups.
Assist senior chefs with dough preparation, cutting dough balls, and stacking for storage.
Prepare staff meals under supervision.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
Follow kitchen protocols for food safety, knife handling, and ingredient storage.
